At WhatsHype, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction and transparent business practices. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellation requests and refund eligibility.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through WhatsHype.in and its associated services.
2. Digital Service Nature
WhatsHype provides SaaS-based digital services, hence no physical products or shipping are involved.
3. Cancellation Window
Cancellations may only be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Cancellation Conditions
A cancellation request will be accepted only if the service has not been activated or API access not provisioned.
5. No Cancellations After Activation
Once services are activated or credentials shared, cancellations will not be allowed.
6. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are permitted only in limited cases such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Verified technical errors preventing activation
- Failed payment capture despite bank debit
7. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- The service is already activated
- The customer chooses to stop midway in a billing cycle
- The user violates WhatsApp/Meta policies and loses account access
8. Misuse of Services
No refunds will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, spamming, or illegal campaigns.
9. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be emailed to support@whatshype.in with valid payment proof.
10. Verification Requirement
Customers may be asked to submit transaction ID, Razorpay payment receipt, or bank statement for verification.
11. Refund Approval
Refunds are subject to internal verification and approval by WhatsHype’s finance team.
12. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days of confirmation.
13. Refund Method
Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment only (Razorpay, card, UPI, or bank transfer).
14. Taxes & Charges
Any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, or transaction fees are non-refundable.
15. Subscription Plans
Partially used subscription plans are not eligible for pro-rata refunds.
16. Service Disruptions
Refunds are not applicable in cases of downtime or disruptions caused by third-party providers (WhatsApp API, telecom operators, etc.).
17. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to review service details, demo, and plan features before purchasing.
18. Policy Updates
WhatsHype reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
19. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction under Nashik, Maharashtra courts.
