WhatsHype is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform, and no physical products are shipped.

2. Digital Delivery Only
All services are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, and platform login access.

3. Activation Timeline
Services are generally activated within 24 hours of successful payment and KYC verification.

4. Subscription Delivery
Once activated, customers gain access to their selected subscription plan and API features.

5. Account Setup
Delivery includes account setup, API provisioning, and providing login credentials.

6. KYC Requirement
Delivery timelines depend on customers completing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification accurately.

7. Payment Confirmation
Services are activated only after the payment is successfully confirmed by Razorpay or other approved gateways.

8. Delays Due to Customer
Delays in providing correct details (email, phone, business documents) may result in delayed delivery.

9. Delivery Notifications
Customers are notified of activation via email and WhatsApp.

10. Digital Credentials
Service delivery includes sending API credentials, login details, or access tokens securely.

11. Failed Deliveries
If access credentials are not received within 24 hours, customers should contact support@whatshype.in.

12. Service Region
Services are available to customers worldwide, subject to compliance with WhatsApp and local telecom regulations.

13. Service Restrictions
Delivery may not be possible in countries where WhatsApp Business API is restricted or banned.

14. Renewal Deliveries
On renewal, services remain active continuously without additional delivery steps, provided payments are received on time.

15. Non-Delivery Cases
Non-delivery due to incorrect customer details (wrong email/phone) is the responsibility of the customer.

16. Customer Support Assistance
If delivery issues arise, our support team assists customers in re-provisioning access.

17. No Physical Shipping
WhatsHype does not deliver physical products such as CDs, manuals, or printed material.

18. Access Responsibility
Customers must ensure their device, internet, and WhatsApp Business account are compatible with WhatsHype services.

19. Policy Updates
WhatsHype reserves the right to update this Shipping & Delivery Policy without prior notice.
